| I have a shower/tub combo with a faucet kit that has a head, control valve and trim and bottom spout. The shower control valve unit has a difficult time turning off and instead of buying a complete kit with two pieces I don't need, I would like to buy just a new control valve (innards) and trim piece. Is this possible? The brand is Moen. |

| Call Moen customer service.. Google up the number. They're excellent about sending out new cartridges... |

| They give great customer service. Try using heat proof grease on the cartridge for easier turning. |
