| I have a 12 year-old gas water heater (50 gallon, State- brand) w/ an exhaust fan system. Lately, the fan has not shut off after the heating cycle has completed. I've tried to use the on-off toggle switch but lately that no longer works. Any ideas on what I need to repair/replace on this unit? Thanks! |

| Replace it with a Rinanni. I did and I am even happier when the energy bill comes at the end of the month! |
