Any experience with Riobel?

I have been searching high and low for a floor mounted tub faucet that I like. I found one that might be ok from Riobel. The few reviews of various fixtures online are mixed. Some say it is not worth the high cost. Does anyone own a Riobel faucet? It doesn't have to be a tub filler. I hate having to make these decisions sight-unseen!

Never did like them. The price of replacement parts is ridiculous and hard to find locally to say the least.

I will stick with Kohler.

Interesting that you don't clarify why "never did like them".

We have Riobel in all three of our homes as well as two homes owned by my parents.

I have replaced 1 cartridge over 11 bathrooms and they never charged me a cent. We are well aware of the reason for the one failure and Riobel simply requested we return the cartridge in question.

We happened to see the new Venty from Riobel with Waterfall/ Rain head and Handheld controlled by their single control three way with two share function in a Chicago showroom last week and are already planning our Master Bath remodel. The single hole of that Venty series has exceptionally smooth function and style and caught both of our attention.
