Anybody familiar with a HANSA lavatory faucet (i.e. "mixer)?

This is a new install and the unit is running very slowly, though the pressure at the shut-offs is good. It's possible someone may have tried to use it before I had a chance to clear the supply lines of debris. Anyway, I'm looking at their euro picture instructions (nothing written) so am unsure of how to disassemble and rinse the cartridge. Any help appreciated - thanks.
