Angle Stops in Kitchen Area

I removed a lot of old angle stops today from underneath bathroom sinks and well as the from under the kitchen sink. I plan to buy 1/2"x3/8' DO 1/4 turn angle stops for the bathrooms, but I was curious what to buy (type of angle stop, size of inlet and OD) for under the kitchen sink area? I have included a picture of the old angle stops.

They are pretty much a standard size. 1/2" IPS (iron pipe size...threaded) X3/8" supply or riser tubes. That is sufficient for any of your lavs or kitchen sinks and toilets.

What is the secret for being able to remove these? Ours are pretty much too stuck in the pipe to budge. I've read about Kano Kroil to loosen metal parts while reading up on painting of all places. Good job!
