sewer line cleaning

i had a issue with my sewer backing up infrequently once a year ,,,i had the city recently put a camera through the line and it shower grease build up in a couple of places, has anyone got experience with having a sewer line cleaned by a company ? i tired to put a hose in it and running hot water through it but the hose was too flexible ..

Grease is usually only a problem in commercial kitchens.

You should have the line cleared and grease traps installed.

Many places require grease traps on commercial kitchen drains.
