Screws on Kohler Tork Bridge Faucet

LoPay

I got a Kohler Tork kitchen bridge faucet for more than 50% off on Amazon as open merchandise. It looks like all of the parts are there, there are no scratches, and the faucet is straight/plum.

However I noticed that there are two screws on the back of the faucet stem where it connects to the bridge. Does that seem right?

I have Kohler lavatory and bath faucets that are "solid". But they also don't swivel.

Or should I thank my stars I got a good deal on this?

(Sorry if I'm not using the right terms).
