How to Refinish Rohl Tuscan Brass faucets?

Posted by drkeyes (My Page) on

I have Rohl Tuscan Brass faucets and the brass finish has been wearing down over time from using harsh cleaning solutions. They are becoming 'shiny' in spots. Any idea how I can rejuvenate or refinish them? They are expensive to replace. Thanks.

They are a living finish. You shouldn't use harsh chemicals on them. But, they will also have "shiny" spots from ordinary use by design at the wear points like handles. It's intentional. If you do not care for that, then you should replace them with faucets that have a lifetime clear coat on them so they won't change over time.
