My question...i am running new hot and cold water lines from existing lines in my basement to a new sink.. the location of the existing lines will not permit me to sweat new T's to these lines...can i use SADDLE VALVES and if so do they make them that have a big enough compression outlet(1/2")that will carry the water to the sink hook-ups...or what size will work to permit enough water flow from existing lines...HELP!!

Even if saddle valves were permitted, and they aren't, the volume of water flow would be unsatisfactory, by far, for a sink. Saddle valves use only a pinhole perforation in the original line.
If you could have installed saddle valves, you should be able to install sweated or compression fittings.

Never seen a line that cannot be cut and a T installed.

It may not be as simple if the lines are not in the open, but you can always work on them.

Sober and sane people do not use saddle valves.
