Noise from condensate pump

Something new to us, a condensate pump, was installed in our utility basement when we remodeled. The trouble is that the thing goes on very frequently, day and night. I think it's because of the activity of our two new tankless water heaters. Each cycle lasts about 10 or 15 seconds and makes a noise that is quite audible in the kitchen, living, and dining rooms. It's not something you notice when you're busy, but it is really distracting when the house is otherwise quiet and you're working on the computer or reading.

Are there quieter condensate pumps with which we could replace this one? I can't currently get into the basement, but from the stack of product manuals I have at hand, I think this may be a Grundfos Comfort Pump.
