My water pump is turning on just fine and reaching 50psi and drops to about 30 when we turn the water on in the house and kicks right back on to build up pressure... But inside the house the faucets come on strong and then steadily lose pressure.... We can't figure out why the pressure is not holding in the house when the actual pump seems to be working just fine. Any suggestions???

Is this a submersible or is it a jet pump?

Have you checked the pressure/bladder tank? A leak in the diaphragm will act like this.
