Check for a kinked hose. Also, soak the sprayer head in some CLR or white vinegar. (if necessary, use rubber bands to keep it in the open position) That will get rid of mineral deposits that may be obstructing the flow. You might want to first check with the mfr to see if that will affect the finish.

Turn the angle stops off, disconnect the end of the supply line connected to the faucet and with a pitcher or small bucket turn the angle stops back on to male sure you have good flow there, then work your way up.

If the spray head can be detached. do so and open the faucet.
