Whoever designed the hook for this faucet is and idiot and should not be designing faucets. First of all, the nozzle is too low so you're killing your back. Worst of all, when you knock the faucet with a dish you're washing, it springs up and gets water all over you or your kitchen floor. I've had to resort to good o'l electrical tape (see image).

I have called them about this and they said they have a new hook part that they will send me but its been 1 week and nothing yet.
This is my second Water Ridge faucet. If this replacement part doesn't work out it will be my last.
