i want to add fixed Showerhead to this Tub filler/hand shower faucet. this tub faucet has 2-way diverter(either to filler or hand shower) so now how do i add fixed shower head so that it works with the exising Hot & Cold valve. do i need to add an additional diverter if so how do i do that?

Yes, you would need another diverter. Check with the manufacturer of the faucet you have. They likely sell a model that already has the fixed shower head - see if they will sell you just the conversion parts. You may find it cheaper to replace the whole thing.

unfortunately, i verified with Kingston Brass and they don't sell the transfer valve which i can integrate in this piece or install separately to add fixed showerhead. i might have to buy a separate 2-way diverter BUT my main concern is how does the connection go? how does the second transfer valve diverts water from first valve?
