| When we bought this place the hot water tank was in the first floor laundry room. We moved it to the garage and added a preheater tank to raise the water to 120 degrees before it goes to the 150 dergee tank. We had foam insulation added to the hot water supply pipes that run in the crawl space, and added a recirculating punp to the kitchen which is a long way form the garage. We still have to run the tap for about 5 minutes to get really hot water from the kitchen tap. This makes the dishwasher have to heat the water. I paid over $5000 for these improvements with very poor results. Has anyone got a suggestion? |

| Sounds like your recirc loop is not actually functioning. |
