After waiting all day long and even getting a confirmation call in the morning from them, I got an automated message saying they were not going to keep the appointment we had scheduled 3 days before. I talked to the supervisor "Mike" who told me my name was never removed from the "parts" waiting list. This is a bold face lie as the woman I first spoke to told me that there was a notation in my account about the part arriving for my hot water heater. Whirlpool uses this company for all its warranty repairs. I contacted them and told them how lousy I was treated. I also told A & E that I was going to file a complaint and hoped that Whirlpool drops them as their repair techs!
