Have a bog standard fully pumped, vented, c/h system.
Had to drain and refill system recently. Bleeding air from the system was bit of a saga, but eventually successful. However, as part of the saga, I traced the system and found that the 2 fitted system ABV's are fitted in "return" pipework instead of the "supply" side of the system. This contradicts all the literature I've found. Will my experience of system bleeding be a more pleasurable experience if I move the ABV's to the supply pipework?
