Shower plumbing mystery

Recently, when I turn my shower on, it comes on full pressure, but after about a minute the pressure suddenly reduces to about half. I turn the shower off then turn it back on after a few seconds. It's back at full pressure and gives me no problems after that. Is this something to be concerned about? This bathroom was remodeled about a year and a half ago. I have no problem with any other water flow in the house.

If you are in an area that supports "low-flow" devices there are two possibilities.

If the restrictor is in the shower head, it's failing.

Remove the head and if the problem persists, it's in the valve and it may be corrected by an adjustment or overhauling the valve.

A rather easy repair.
