Easy question about disposal needed, quickly.

I'm replacing an in-sinkerator with a waste king. Both have a 3-Bolt mounting system. as I turned and removed the old disposal, I wondered can I just put the new one on the same mount, or should I replace the mount as instructed? (I figure they want their's in due to the name on the sink flange, but all things being equal, besides saving time, the old one was installed by a real plumber.
