Grohe Faucets

Hi,

Has anyone out there tried to install a single hole lavatory faucet? I have purchased the Grohe Essence lavatory faucet and the threaded brass rod is too short for the standard 1.25" counters. I have contacted local plumbing supply stores, and no one is able to get me an extended length.

Thank you in advance.
Tony

I think there's a "Grohe America" customer service number in the literature. You might give that a try.

tmoy I sent Grohe email yesterday and received responses within a few minutes. Go to the web site, click on "Contact Us" and go from there. Post again after you've had some interaction and have some progress to report. From that point on, an internet forum can be of help.
