The sink & WC are fine...The shower vent shown in the drawing is not required.

The ejector pit needs a dedicated vent thru the roof that may not be attached to any other vents in the structure.

Just out of curiosity, why does the WC vent work? I thought there had to be a vent within 6 feet of the fixture on a 3 inch pipe. Thanks.

Under the UPC(Uniform Plumbing Code) a 3" line from a WC may run up to 6ft from fixture to vent opening. Under the IRC(International Residential Code) if the 3" line is dedicated solely to a WC it may run an indefinite length from fixture to vent.

There is a vertical vent riser at the Lavatory location.

Technically speaking, that line is a vent from a point 6" above the flood level rim of the Lavatory Fixture and on up to the roof termination. As the line continues down from that point it is defined as a "Combined Waste & Vent" travewling down to the floor then turning hozizontal past the shower and on to the point where it ties into the WC 3" with a WYE & 1/8bend. The point where that combined waste & vent connects to the 3" inside the Wye is the vent opening for the WC line.

It is close, but when scaled it from your drawing it appears that connection is within 6ft of the WC.
