Basement Bathtub Above Ground Outlet

Hello, I am getting ready to add a full bathroom to my basement. My waste drain is located on the basement floor and is about 2 inches above the concrete. The sink will not be a problem. I bought a macerating toilet that has a pump to get waste the the outlet drain. My question is about the bathtub. The tub drain will be about 5-6 feet from the waste water outlet. What is the best way to hook into the outlet drain that will take the waste water from the tub? Should I build a raised platform to set the tub? I have read that I can buy a tub that has a raised outlet. I am not sure if this is a better route to go. How high will I need the bottom of the tub above the floor in order to get the correct slope? I believe I also have to take into account that a p-trap must be situated under the tub.

Please let me know if I need to clarify anything. Thanks.
