Probably Chinese. There are a zillion "brands" like that floating around that market to the fabricator market. Doesn't make it bad. Doesn't make it good. All it does is make it an unknown, and potentially a risk. If you want less risk, go with a more name known brand and potentially pay more money for the insurance that provides.

I have a Stainless steel one in a home I just bought and it is not a good sink, very poor stainless and marks won't come off.
