Help with plumbing new vanity

I need some help with figuring out my plumbing. I'm going to be installing a double vanity against a wall that has a bathroom on the other side. So I'm hoping I can utilize that bathroom's drain and supply lines. Below is my floor plan on what I'm going to do. In question is the 66" wide vanity.

I've opened the wall up and found a 1.5" pvc drain pipe. Connected to this drain pipe is a 1.5" "T" going into the bathroom behind the wall. It's for the drain on that bathroom's vanity.

I've drawn up the start to what I want to do. Basically installing a 1.5" cross and connecting the two drain lines from the double vanity to it. What I'm unsure about is the need for additional vent pipes on my two added lines.

I'm hoping someone can take a look and give some pointers and advice and let me know if I can even do this per code.

Also, for the supply lines, can I pull up the subfloor and tie into the existing lines? I believe they're 1/2".

My city has adopted the 2006 International Building Codes.

Thanks.
