Hi everyone,
We have built a new addition on our house which includes 2 new kitchen faucets and a master bath with 2 new faucets. The ones downstairs are moen and upstairs are American standard. When it got cold we noticed a slow drip began in all of them. Also in our refrigerator water dispenser. It is very slow. we ordered them from faucet direct. Our builder is prepping us that it is bad faucets (yes, all 4) and we should have shopped at Fergusons and that we may need to replace them all....
All of these water lines go through a crawl space. Any advice or thoughts on what could cause this? He said it isn't debris because it would come out in the shower valve. Thanks for any guidance. I want to be armed with questions when the time comes...
