I can't figure out what type of bathtub drain stopper I have

Hello, I have been searching on the web to figure out how to remove my drain stopper to clean it and can't seem to find the type that I have. It has a rubber edge and can be turned and swiveled any wich way. Do I pull it out with pliers? I tried that but didn't want to force too much. Thank you for any help!
