| This is what I saw this morning as I went out to run ! 21 degrees in Central Alabama.

| Sounds like a nice morning for a run. The neighbourhood, and the ice, look very beautiful there. Only cow trails to run on, down here. Lowest temp so far this year, 26F. Kt |

| Actually I drive to trails as I love the woods for running. Cow trails sound interesting too ! Do you have to watch out for the cows?? In Holland, when I used to run there ,I would have to stop for the farmers and their cows on the country roads. Caroline |
