| Hey everyone I am taking class in image manipulation. I just made a photo with a toy hippo walking with the tiny dogs at fort funston. The only problem was the layers did not fully merger, because it was very hard to re size the photo after doing the manipulation. I did click merge down and I saved a jpeg, but still the layer was creating some kind of a block. It was not like a normal jpeg. |
