I've still got at least one juvie up here, just saw him. I had probably 12-16 hummers fighting over my feeders two weeks ago. Now that the buckets of rain have stopped I'd expect to hear them squabbling if they were still here, but it's quiet. The adult male that guarded "his" window feeder hasn't been sighted for a week. I bet those of you south of me will be seeing some travelers soon. They will be looking for "pit stops" on the way so please keep at least one feeder up! I've got six of the mini single-port feeders and plan to keep at least one out until the end of the month.

There is also an appliance forum in addition to the laundry forum. Most pro welding shops can weld aluminum. Whatever you do, do not discard the broken pieces. It might be possible to make a functional equivalent of the hinge.

Definately a personal preference. I also don't like the grout line look, but my DH totally wants to see grout lines. I got my way with the floor tile in the upstair bathrooms, but am going to lose on the floor tile in the kitchen and family room. We are doing it ourselves and he hated the unsanded grout. For what it's worth, I prefer the darkest grout possible, shows less staining and dirt. We have a tanish tile and I thought the Almond grout would blend in, but made a big mistake in that when it dried it was like 2 shades lighter. I will have to live with it, but sure wish I had realized it and went a little darker.
