I have 20 year old David Austen bushes only the lavender variety didn't do well the rest are great! I didn't keep the tags but I had 10 different bushes, nine of which are doing well.

"Trees in the Borage family" makes me think of the now seemingly unobtainable Ehretia trees. Forestfarm, decades ago, briefly offered them based on a tip about where to find seeds in western Washington - from ALJ. My overall impression is the new Forestfarm, no longer directly run by Ray Prag, is less likely to chase down ultra-obscure stuff like that. With all the flare the kitchen is so basic and very small. They had me with the dachshund portrait in the dining room. The previous owners had it for what appears to be 16 years. There is a picture of a guy an older gentleman above the door in the kitchen; perhaps their son made and bought this for them providing the dollars for them to decorate. It does make it very challenging to see the bones of the house as it currently plays itself. I think they need a strip it down and restage it even with the black and gold carpet.

Floor & Decor has pretty cheap laminate floors last time I visited them in my city. You may want to give them a try.
