photos are grey...

My canon powershot TX1 used to take great pictures but for the last few days the color isn't there. Sometimes there is color in the background and sometimes it's at the front only. I reset my camera to the default setting but that didn't change anything. What could be the problem ?

doest this have that select color option? that filter that makes the pic BW except for the dominant color. I notice the only color showing is green.

RE: photos are grey...II

I think it's called "Color Accent"...Im glad this fad is gone BTW.

RE: photos are grey... probably have the color accent activated, zitro mentioned.
Set dial to SCN...then push FUNC.SET then you'll see function
tool bar and set for desired function, or turn dial to AUTO.
Should be in your manual.

This advise is from another canon, yours could be similar.

RE: photos are grey...

Thank you Konrad, i think you fixed it lol

RE: photos are grey...

Wow,,, After a thorough review of the operating manual I just discoved that my camera also has that feature however it is in an area that I have not delved into, and seeing the results I don't see myself doing that any time soon.

RE: photos are grey...

Yea...I have never used it either...but it could look kind of neat
in some instances...kind of like Clarido's picture.
Good you got it fixed.
