Does anyone have this Nikon?

Does anyone have this Nikon? There's a bunch of numbers... I'll write all of them b/c I'm not sure how you'd identify the camera.

8.9-71.2mm 1:2.8-4.2

COOLPIXId7OO(then a backwards C)

8.4V 0.5A FC

I had a lot of questions until I reset the camera after I messed with everything and messed it up. So now, my question is: Can you use this as a webcam?

When you're in User Setting: Auto:, you can go into setting and there's a Video Mode. It has a NTSC and a PAL. (And I don't know what those are.)

User Setting: Custom 1 and Custom 2 have a video setting too but it's tv movie and small movie and sepia move and fade movie. No NTSC or PAL.

On the side of the camera, it has some ... holes? Where you can plug in wires. There's three:

and 1/O

Does any of this mean it can serve as a webcam too?
