| Hi! I usually post over at the Cooking forum....I have a Nikon D40x with a battery charger - do I need an electricity converter or can I just use a plug adapter for Ireland....any one have experience with chargers in Europe? Thanks! maria |

| It depends on the kind of charger you have. The voltage in Europe is 220V. A lot of chargers can work on either 220V or 110V input. You'll have to check what yours says. If it works with 220V you just need a plug adapter which is much cheaper than an actual converter. |
