When every other tree/plant in your little yard gets squished over to one side to make sure the plumerias have plenty of room to stretch out and sun. Bill, when you figure out how to get rid of your neighbor's tree (without getting busted) let me know. I don't watch GMA, but I guess they are going to different cities to film the more spectacular displays. Most cities do them the day after Thanksgiving, so they have them re-create it. They did it at 4 a.m. here so it was "live" at 7:00 eastern time. People have been talking about it here for weeks. I think they estimated 20,000 people would show up for it. That's almost the population of the whole town. LOL

Thanks for the update. Commiserating with you about the cable, etc. DH and I have spent most of three days here on Maui, grappling with Computer, Cable, BluRay, Amazon Prime for streaming. The condo association switched to Oceanic for internet; had them for TV earlier. They've failed twice in three days; next time they will send someone with a new gizmo. (Modem/router/whatsis) Take it easy. No need to do everything immediately. You aren't used to the weather. Wishing you many happy years in your Florida home!

And juanital, we might get a little rain off what's left of Dolly in a day or two. We can use it around here.

Yes, we need the rain also. Dolly passed us by...3 tenths of rain here although some had over 4 inches.

I think ZJoe might get some in AZ.

And, Kt, now I know how you feel. Her remnants passed by here and I got... three tenths. Just across town they got up to 5 inches.

Sailor, those were taken with a FujiFilm Finepix S5200. I bought it mostly because it was on sale when I dropped my last camera on the concrete.
