| Was wondering if anyone had ideas about framing a black and white photo. It is a photo I took of my two grandchildren, a 3 year old girl and her 2 month old brother. It is a very serene picture with them both laying on side and looking off in the distance. It is just a shoulder and head shot. I want to mat it and frame it for my daughters birthday. I'm not sure what color of mat or which type of frame I want to use, since one is a girl and one is a boy. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks |

| It's all personal taste, but... For B&W photos I have only used black frames. Mats; I tend to go with white or gray shades. Some mats have colored cores, I like to use those, too. White mat/ black core; Gray mat/ white or black core. If you are able to go to frame shop the should have cut sample boards. Take your picture there and put it against the mats to see how it looks. Good luck! Zjoe |
