| Joan, that's a great shot! I grew up in ND and that picture captures the western ND landscape so well. Can I add one to your thread? I love black and white too, especially when it's unexpected. Butterfly wings are so colorful we almost forget how fabulous the patterns are until we see them in grayscale.

| Neat shot Joan. And, I'm with you. Sometimes black and white just speaks in a way color can't. And, sometimes the sepia affect and/or grain effects adds a little something. Here are some of the windmills we have around here given some affects to boost the mood. |
