I see those in my lawn sometimes in the summer!
Some kind of toadstool?

It's me again....
Hard to tell, but it looks like the one on the left is starting to develop raised spots, so could it be Fly Agaric Fungus, or Amanita muscaria?

The ones I found growing in my lawn never got white spots, so maybe they were just a red fungus?

At any rate, I don't think I'd add one of those to my salad....probably poisonous.

No raised spots, but I took the photo before they completely opened. Today they have the classic mushroom(toadstool) shape, but are now less colour intense.

Yes, most red(orange) mushrooms are poisonous.

Don't know what species they are and have never seen red ones before. I found a funny one in my garden one fall. I will post the picture of it.
