I haven't got a vertical rock face but I do have a north-facing wall which is rather ugly between my house and my neighbour which is north facing and in a very small space of soil have been very successful with a climbing hydranger which literally took off ready to cover the whole house and my neighbour's too! It is covered each summer with masses of creamy lacecap type flowers. It's quite easy to prune back a and control but has disguised the ugly wall really well. Note that it does lose it's leaves each winter. Hope this is of help.

We are planning to paint our living room and newly renovated kitchen. Kitchen is south facing and we like BM Owl Gray. For living room we are considering BM Arctic Gray. I like a touch of color, not to cold or dark. Definitely not looking for any lavender undertones. Kitchen island is painted sea serpent by SW and cabinets are a soft white. See photos. Any help is appreciated. Oh new sofa in living room is a soft gray med tone fabric. Chairs and rug have not been bought.

Great question! Because nobody realizes that speech is a main transmission mode, especially by the 50% who are infected but asymptomatic? In other countries, e.g. Hong Kong or Japan, people are encouraged to wear masks. Also, wearing a mask at the source, ie the speaker, is much more effective than trying to prevent inhalation by wearing a mask once spit droplets are in the air and moved by wind, air flow or AC/heating. Think of a spray bottle. If you put a cloth right at the nuzzle, you'll catch everything. Try to catch the droplets at a 3 foot difference. Also, I'd really like to see those studies that say wearing a mask is ineffective at preventing flu outbreaks. I think they re not based on testing in the lab but rather on epidemiological studies of people's behavior. Plus, particles like measles are way smaller than the Coronavirus, so can become aerosolized, which supposedly this virus doesn't do.
