| I am considering buying Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 but heard there is a problem with the Windows XP not recognizing CD and DVD drives after installing Elements 6 and other Adobe software. I have Roxio Easy CD Creator on my computer and they show this is one of the problems. Not sure what I should do. Uninstall Roxio first? and reinstall after installing the Elements program? Would appreciate talking to anyone who installed Elements 6 and had problems .. or those who did not.
Thanks. Lois in MO |

| I recently upgraded from Adobe 4.0 to Adobe 6.0 and did not have any problems with my cd/dvd drive. My CD/DVD program was installed when I bought my Dell laptop and its by Sonic. I burn a lot of both CD's and DVD's. Heres a link where you can also ask questions from computer geeks if you don't get a satisfactory answer here. |
