The irony of photography

I'm the evening dean here at the local community college. One of my herculean tasks is to limit unauthorized smoking. I captured this image last night while making my rounds.

reminds me of bein' at hershey medical center...parking in the garage at the south entrance when you enter the elevator tower whew!! oxygen masks would be a good thing...get down to the bottom, go outside and peer behind the tower and there they are smokin' like stacks even tho the law forbids it...especially on hospital grounds

I would rather have caught the person in the act of doing it thereby sending him/her to the dean of student services for disciplinary action. I still don't understand why we allow smoking on campus.
