Hey guys I’ve done a lot of searching for this similar problem online it’s not with a mower though it’s a atv I burnt my starting motor up and when I replaced It my starter is turning over soon as I hook up the battery no key on and the solenoid not even hooked up I took the harness apart and thought I fixed the problem but it’s still doing it like I said nothing hooked up just the starter and grounds no solenoid and soon as I touch both terms on the battery it’ll turn over , the positive wire coming from the battery was getting hot as well and was sparking when I touch’s it , I’m thinking it’s still in the wiring harness because the rear harness just goes to the starter to solenoid and battery and one plug to the stator and voltage regulator , I unhooked the solenoid and if I touch the solenoid wire on the battery with the negative hooked up it’ll do the same and turn over does this mean there crossed somewere ?? Hi all!! I'm new to growing gourds, and while I know this is a pumpkin thread, I have been looking for an answer to why my luffa vine's female flower's start out appearing healthy and happy, but soon turn yellow and never full mature. I'm wondering if the same explanation might apply to this branch of the gourd family as well. I've had some healthy female flowers, 7 to be exact, on a vine that is easily 30 feet long (with all of its branch offs). I'm very mindful of the females because I'm told that one healthy vine can support up to 30 good sized loofah (luffa) gourds. I currently have 5 growing, and I believe a 6th was successfully pollinated by hand as were the previous 5. I contacted the site owner of luffa.info and he suggested I might have a fungus issue, or the water here in West Palm isn't all that great, but I can't find a definitive answer, and this is the only vine I have and I was hoping for a healthy crop of loofahs for gifts, but unless I figure out the reason for poorly maturing females...there's no way I'm gonna see even half that amount. Do you think it could simply be a matter of the vine needing to grow more in order to support more fruits? I only ask because while it's still branching, the rapid growth I saw over the last few months has slowed dramatically, and the vine may be close to, or has already reached it's maximum size. As best I can tell the vine is very healthy, and has been lightly fertilized, and I was hoping someone that's an experienced gourd grower, if not loofah, might be willing to help a newbie gardener. Any thoughts or possibly pointing me in the right direction if this is the wrong area in the forum to be inquiring about loofahs, would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks! 40Acres

Talley: I'm sorry you are experiencing this. When we were looking for a DW to replace our broken Whirlpool last winter, I found that American made DWs made to accept a panel were to deep (front to back) to remain flush with the cabinet run once the wooden panel was installed. I was advised to buy a Meile. The interior is noticably smaller, the front to back depth is shorter by about 2" (as I recall). Since I wanted to biggest interior I could find (family of nine), I purchased a SS KitchenAid and just gave up on the integrated look. We did not have the time to wait for the panel, this was during the holidays and we just needed a DW, not another project. That being said, if I had more time, I would have done an integrated DW and if necessary, I would have removed the sheet rock from behind the DW to create a larger space to accommodate the door. Perhaps you can take measurements and figure out if you can remove drywall and studs (you would need to create horizontal sills in the walls if you remove a stud, or maybe your could simply turn the stud 180 degrees within the cavity). Or maybe taking out the drywall would be enough. I don't think it would affect any of the electrical or plumbing, but might make the sound level rise. Tally, I hope this doesn't become a large project for you. What does the cabinet maker who made to door panel think? Can you return the DW if need be or is that a final sale? PS Still using the MS PTouch regularly and so thankful for it!

Definitely Laguna, my own root still in a 3 gallon pot is about 10 ft wide and 6-7 ft high. The pot is glued to the ground. The repeat flush is quite good, fragrance good, no disease, thorny. Took a few years to start blooming, which I find to be the pattern with own root climbers. Grafted can start blooming sooner.
