oh no! The BIG picture is so devestating to the spring flowers! So sorry!
But I still love the redbud tree!

Gotta love Mother Nature! The redbud does look pretty with snow on it.......old man winter does not want to let go this year, does he?

Ah, you win some and you lose some. Especially here on the high plains where our altitude and lack of any large bodies of water to moderate temps often results in big temperature swings.

Of course, the tulips and pansies will still do ok when the snow goes and we warm back up.

The pears and redbuds will have their best color whacked. But, there's always next year!

i love your yard! we hardly got any snow at all this year, i kinda missed it -- but not after seeing these pics!

I would have enjoyed it more in say, February. But, at least I didn't have to drive in it while it was being a white out.
