| This petrified tree trunk is over two feet in diameter. Makes you wonder what the tree went through in it's lifetime, and what it saw...such as wildlife that rested under it's limbs for shade, etc. Now, it once again will be around for many years to come, and what will it be part of thousands of years from now...

| Petrified wood fascinates me and so does your thought processes. I often wonder things like that about trees and rocks. Nice picture!! |
