I tried that and then did get the message but posting was still bolloxed up. Glad to see everything normal this morning.

I would try first clearing your cache in IE and firefox, then try firefox in it's safe mode, go to start, all programs, mozilla firefox> safemode. That will run it with out any of the add ons or extras to see if something there is interfering. You can choose to run IE with out add ons also. Then just to rule out malware I would do a malwarebytes scan, update it and then run FULL scan. How to download and install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware application for Windows computers You should keep this as part of your protection and update and run it weekly it is a much better program than ad-aware and is one more layer and it is free. I would also run an online scan FREE Online Virus Scan

mikie, thanks for the info. I will try golive.com later but not now. They have not restarted Internet service yet so I cannot see anything on their PC. Randy, thanks for the image. I will describe that for them. They should be able to recognize the buttons this way. mikie, I thought about doing that but was not sure if they would loose something on the buffers. They had some applications started when this was going on and I was afraid of loosing data. damccoy, you have no idea how many times during "the" phone call I wanted to do that but, they are not computer literate people. I would have to teach me how to use Help first and loose another hour on the phone. I am not even sure if they have used Help before or if they would remember. I will ask since it cannot hurt, can it? Hee hee hee. Luckily, they are aware how much helpful I could be if they had DSL/Cable Internet Service so they are going to check prices for that. Luis

We have a drawer we call the owners manual drawer---All in one place--so encase of fire we can grab the drawer on the way out---sometime down the road want to put all--info on disks to be stored away from home (ie sisters house)-- I work retail and I reccommend to all the folks who come in not knowing what brand say of weedeater they have to look in their owners manual drawer for the information they need---I always get that blank eyed look like what am I talking about--- Reccommend that all receipts be scanned and printed and stapled to front of owners manual (because the thermal imaging fades quickly)
