How to get a snippet off a video?

Posted by mboston (My Page) on

I have a Canon HG10 video camera and have been taping hummers coming to my window feeder. Of course they come for a few seconds, feed then fly away. I can't find in the manual how to delete the minutes between their coming and going. I fill up the hard drive quickly and have to decide what to delete and what to save. Is there a way to get rid of the dead time and save just the hummers?

mboston,

Check the link below. Sounds like you'll need a editing program.

Hope this helps

Here is a link that might be useful: Canon HG10
