| 1-877-MILL-TIP.
The National ASPCA has started this hot line to combat illegal puppy mills and their operators. I just read an article in our local online paper(Kansas City Star)stating Missouri has almost 1,500 federally registered breeders. That is first in the nation. Kansas is second and Oklahoma third. This should be a big help in catching those perpetuating the problem. |

| Thanks! I needed that. Seems a neightbor about a block away is keeping a bunch of small lap dogs in outdoor pens. Theres a bunch of them, they're filthy (should be white fuzzy things, but are the color of mud), have one basic wood doghouse per pen for all of them. Looks like a backyard puppymiller to me. I'm going to report him to anyone and everyone who will listen. |
