I was told you can use Ivomec or Ivermectin to treat dogs for heartworm, mites including ear mites, mange, and to worm them. Anyone know anything about that? And does anyone know anything about using ProMectin B Pour-on for dogs? Thanks to everyone for helping with your knowledge and experience.

The doses to prevent heartworms, treat mange, and to deworm are all very different. Most adult dogs do not get ear mites; in fact I see very few dogs or puppies with ear mites at all. I am not familiar with ProMectin B. Sorry.

You can use ivermectin for heartworms. You go by the weight. We have used Ivomec for ear mites. It only takes a couple drops. Good luck and I hope this helps.
