I didn't know whether to just eyeball it or try and get the Frontline in a syringe to get a more accurate measurement, but that's seems difficult if not impossible.

I poke a hole through the plastic with a needle attached to a 3cc syringe, draw up the entire contents, and take off the needle to administer the proper dose to each dog.
