| I came home this evening to a rather odd site. 3 of our four chicks were on there sides diggin and clawin at the pine shavings. I can only imagine that they were trying there hands at nesting, but I wasn't sure if it might be "mites". We've had them in the box hotel up till now, and we haven't broken out the DE yet. Any suggestions or thoughts. Thanks. ~ BPKs |

| they were enjoying a dust bath. perfectly normal and nothing a chicken enjoys more then raising dust. So cute to see them dusting. Enjoy. |
