Kita Update

So - it's been a month now since we went blind.
Other than walking slow - you'd never know Kita is blind. She loves being outside.
I've learned how to be a somewhat useful seeing eye human :).
This is an amazing journey I'm on - but it helps that I have an amazing dog.

Here is a link that might be useful: Kita

It's all about partnership and trust, isn't it? You know she would do the same for you (like so many other wonderful service dogs). A dog and his human communicate on so many levels that I knew you'd find a way and am so happy it's working out for you all. She is indeed beautiful and I'm so glad the pain is gone and the healing happened.
